Quicktalog at a glance
In short
Meet the three screens you will spend all your time in.
Result
You can tell where you are and where to go next.
Three screens, three jobs
Quicktalog is smaller than it looks. There is a dashboard where you keep your catalogues, a builder where you change one of them, and the published page your customers open. Almost everything else is a panel or a dialog inside one of those three.
1. The dashboard
Where you land after signing in. Your profile and totals at the top, a card for every catalogue below, and your plan, usage, settings and support in the tabs on the left.
Welcome back, Ana!

- Point 3: 3Totals across all your catalogues; tap the ⓘ for what each one counts
- Point 4: 4Whether a catalogue is live, a draft or switched off

2. The builder
Where you change one catalogue. It shows the real thing with editing controls on top, so what you see is close to what your customers will get. The tool rail is on the right, and Quick AI is the floating button in the bottom left.
Sourdough toast
Thick cut sourdough, salted butter and a spoon of seasonal jam.
4.50 €
Baked eggs
Two eggs baked in tomato with feta, chilli oil and warm bread.
7 €
Granola bowl

- Point 1: 1Editor opens the 440px editing panel beside the catalogue
- Point 2: 2The heading is edited in place, and every dashed outline marks an editable area
- Point 3: 3Click the section name to rename it. The round button holds layout, move and delete
- Point 4: 4Publish is the only filled tile. Save, Templates, Preview and QR code sit above it
- Point 5: 5Adds another item to this section. These cards use the Side Image layout
- Point 6: 6Quick AI takes any change in words and edits the draft you are looking at
The builder edits a private draft
Nothing you do here reaches your customers until you select Publish. Save only keeps your work for you.
3. The published catalogue
What your customers see, at your own web address. Most of them will be on a phone. They can fold sections away, tap an item for a larger view, and search if you have switched the search bar on.
Brightside Cafe
Sourdough toast
Thick cut sourdough, salted butter and a spoon of our own berry jam. Toasted to order.
Baked eggs
Two eggs baked in spiced tomato with feta, chilli oil and a slice of sourdough on the side.
Honey granola
Toasted oats, almonds and pumpkin seeds with thick yoghurt and whatever berries are good.
Cinnamon bun
Rolled with cinnamon and brown sugar, baked through the morning and served warm.
- Point 1: 1The navbar sticks below the top edge as customers scroll. On a phone it holds your logo and the menu button only; the email icon and the Create Your Catalog button move into the menu and come back on wider screens.
- Point 2: 2Your heading, centred at 30px in normal weight. It turns bold only where you made the words bold yourself.
- Point 3: 3The search bar appears only if you switched it on. The slash key badge next to it is hidden on phones.
- Point 4: 4Tap a section bar to fold the section away. Open, the title is underlined and the chevron points up; folded, like Coffee & drinks below it, the chevron points down and the items are gone.
- Point 5: 5The picture fills 40 percent of the card and stretches to the card's full height, so a tall or wide photo is cropped rather than boxed in.
- Point 6: 6The price reads amount first, then the currency symbol, at 13px. It is the only bold text in the card.

Good to know
- There is no page at
/adminon its own. Your dashboard is at/admin/dashboard. - An active catalogue has no Continue Editing button. Use Edit in the actions menu.
- The builder and the dashboard are only for you. Nobody else can open them, even with the link.
- The preview address works for you alone. Sending it to someone else sends them to the sign in page.
